The Hungarian national team earned a total of 13 medals at the European Masters Classic
Powerlifting Championships held in Albi, France, in February 2025. Among the men, István
Bodnár delivered an outstanding performance in the Masters 3 age group, 120+ kg category.
Bodnár claimed silver overall with a new Hungarian record, silver in both squat and deadlift,
and took the gold medal in bench press.
